How to Place an Order?
it’s simple. we have provided a buy now button on the product page. just click on it. you will be redirected to the checkout page. fill in your name and address details city, state, and country. choose shipping mode. Click on confirm button. depending on the payment option you choose you will be redirected to the payment page. make payment via credit or debit card, UPI, wallet, or net banking and you are done.
What is Free size?
One size fits all is called free size. All the dresses with free size options required stitching or alteration to wear it. a dress can be stitched up to a particular size which we mentioned in the product description on the product page. you could make a free-size dress stitched according to your measurements from your tailor.
What is Return Policy?
For customer satisfaction, we allow 24 Hours returns. once the return is approved by our support team. customer needs to send the product back to the seller on their own. Once we receive the product back we provide a refund as store credit which is usable in the next purchase. for more details visit the Return Policy page.

Yes, we do ship internationally. We’ll be happy to deliver your orders if your pin code is serviceable with our courier partner.

On every product page, we have provided a standard size chart which can be used before making a purchase for the best possible fit. All measurements are in inches (in) and not in centimeters (cm). So measure yourself accordingly.

B. ORDER PLACEMENT
- Once you decide on making a purchase, click on the product you are willing to order.
- Select a suitable size from the drop-down list.
- Click on the “Add to Cart” button once you have selected the quantity you would like to order.
- There’ll be a slide-in window at the right-hand side with your order total and a “Checkout” button.
- Click on the checkout button to proceed with payment and delivery details.
You can apply discount promo code on the shipping page on the right-hand side tab. The shipping page appears after you have filled in customer information. Please refer to the below image for promo code application
Once you have successfully placed your order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email from prathanafashion.
- We will then dispatch your order from our warehouse and keep you informed at every step with regards to the delivery of the same.
- Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
- Then, your item is shipped to your location.
- You will receive a tracking ID from us to be entered on our courier partner’s website which is carrying your order.
- You can track your order with the tracking ID until it’s delivered.

- Your card issuing bank authorizes or rejects the transaction, based on which we process or reject the order. At no point do we receive/store your card details.
D. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

- Each order is shipped only to a single address. However, if you wish to ship products to a different address, You may do so by placing multiple orders.
- No, Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of Cancellations.
- Tax is levied on the sale of any commodity, which here represents goods and service tax (GST). This tax is collected and deposited by Idaho.Com to the relevant government authorities. All Products are inclusive of Tax.
For all online orders, our delivery service providers will make three attempts to deliver before the product will be retired to our warehouse.
In Case of Cash on delivery order the delivery service provider normally calls before making a delivery attemo. If a customer is not present when our delivery service provider attempts to deliver the order, three more attempts are made automatically and after that product is returned to our warehouse.
E. RETURNS, REPLACEMENT & REFUNDS
No, We don’t accept returns. Order placed once cannot be returned. It can be exchanged.
In that case, we exchange the product and send you another product. You can raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery and place your replacement request.
Sorry but the order can’t be canceled once placed
- We are sorry to hear that you wish to cancel your order. You may cancel an order within 24 hours from the time of placing the order. Simply write to us [email protected] with your order number and we will cancel your order for you.
- After the order has been shipped it becomes rather difficult for us to cancel it. We would request you to tell us as early as possible about possible cancellations.
- On successfully processing the refund, the refund amount will be credited to your bank account from which you have made the transaction.
